Wanted to let ya know in case it wasn't with permission. I was there looking for an i-phone theme for my nokia. Just thought I'd let ya know in case you didn't want it there. I personally get tickled when I see my stuff somewhere but I know others don't.

I saw it myself. The guy is offering it as an I-phone screensaver download. I almost wanted to call the guy out for using it but since he isn't selling the downloads and hasn't really claimed the image as his own creation, I figured it was not for me to say anything! I suppose it would be flattering to meet someone and see that they have an original image of mine as a screensaver on their phone or PC.

someone recently pointed me to my elektra/garner fake being sold on ebay, but the funniest part about it was that apparently the print had been signed by jen garner.

A few months back I was notified that someone was using my Green Hornet and Kato pic on the cover of some dvds they were selling of the old 60's tv show. I was actually more flattered than anything else. Plus, when I contacted them about it they sent me a free copy of the dvds. With how big the net is I think its probably impossible for the little people like me and some others to even try and stop this stuff from going on.

Some time ago I randomly found an auction on eBay selling CD Roms filled with images of manips. One of the preview images was one of my older manips.

It didn't bother me that he was distributing the manips.

It slightly bothered me that he was getting money for work that wasn't his (mostly that bothers me because whenever I tried to sell a manip Warner Bros. or someone would pull the auction... and they were letting this guy continue).

What really p!ssed me off was this guy had gone to the trouble of removing my signature from the image!

It's interesting what a quick search will come up with. I just found that someone who is a member here took one of my images, made a few small (terrible) changes and passed it off as his own. Bastard, at least show the original image so people can see it before the crappy changes.
