Re: Starfire...what crazy hair! Not too crazy about the top of the hair where it meets the forehead, but I loke the effect on the rest of it.

Re: Starfire...what crazy hair! Yeah, I guess that was kind of my thought about it. I started with a Poser character, but I combined all of the techniques I'd picked up about photomaniping, frankensteining, etc. so I figured I'd put it in here.
My biggest complaint about 3D art is how "clean-cut" everything looks. Granted, there are some great examples of more "organic/real" looking 3D art right here on this site, but in most cases...
Anyway, thanks for the comments.

Re: Starfire...what crazy hair! Yes... There is a 3D model beneath Photoshop work... But THIS is exactly what I think all 3D artists should do! Poser is not enough. Photoshop, or any other similar program, is deeply needed and helpful.
Congratulations and I do think this is the right place to post this kind of treatment.

Re: Starfire...what crazy hair! Nice Picture, she looks really good. Are you sure this shoudn't be in the 3D gallery? If you started with a poser figure I would think this is 3D.
