Re: In Memorium SO, this character dies a horrible death after taking a soccer ball off his Cajones? He looks like he is protecting a free kick. So, this character actually existed? I thought he was a joke side-kick of the Tick or something... and he is now dead? Am I reading this right? Or does he release a toxic gas and evolve into Stink Bug (Copyright JrMcDeath.) Yes, I have already designed him... but since there is now a beetle costume available... maybe I will use it... I don't know what the big deal is... so I really can't comment with any seriousness on this... Oh well, you ruffled some feathers... adda boy! Nothing like shaking the hornets nest... No really??????? I don????????t know??????? so don????????t PM me saying I ruined something??????? hell, I haven????????t bought a comic book since Hero Bear. OH, and nice image... the lighting is great....

Re: In Memorium I've been "stoned" in public before . But, you asked "Who cares?". Well, I do for one. It's bad enough my favorite character dies, but, the way he dies (I WON'T spoil that one) is even worse.

Re: In Memorium I agree with blubeetle3, but I was a fan of the Blue Bettle series that spun off of Crisis. The comic was serious and a little light hearted. It wasn't until JLA that he became a baffoon. He was an interesting character that got 'typecast' as a useless hero.

Re: In Memorium I'm sure you had no malicious intent. But you better watch out before accepting punishment...I hear "Public Stoning" is making a comeback.

Re: In Memorium Quote: Poster: Optical_Intruder Date: 2005/3/23 22:04:14 Quote: No, it wasn't your language, it was the huge spoiler you posted without warning. Did you miss the form post on the main page with your name on it? I want to apologize to all the people here at Heromorph. I DID miss the form post on the main page with my name on it. Believe it or not, in my state of mind at the time, it didn't even occur to me I was giving out a spoiler. As I put in my description, I thought it was my language that got the picture deleted. There is no explaination I can give other than that I was both angry and upset at DC's decision. I was reading the spoilers on other comic sites all day and, in my state of mind, it never occured to me that others weren't aware going in of DC's decision. I will accept any form of punishment the moderators of this site deems appropriate. And I will endevour to be more mindful of others wishes. Again, I want to apologize to the people here at Heromorph.

Re: In Memorium Okay Okay the Blue Beetle is dead [er gonna die. whateva]. I don't mean to sound like a heartless cynic, but who really cares? It's not like he was a major character in the DC universe. He basically was the comic releif. Don't get me wrong I loved him and Booster together in the Justice League...but was he a hero that you would actually be proud to have a poster of on your wall? I doubt it. DC has to do what it has to to keep sales up and I applaud them for at least not trying to knock off another major character then to only have him come back to life months later. "Shed not a tear for the fallen hero...for in truth did he ever truly live?" Rest in Peace Beetle. Fear not we all shall survive.

Re: In Memorium So I'm guessing that They are getting around to killing a Hero off and by the sound of it ,It's our everlovin Blue Beetle himself? Looks like there's no more room for comic relief in the JLA universe anymore? That's To Bad I'm So Sad and Mad!

Re: In Memorium Yep, that news offically sucks. As people know I'm a big fan of the early 90's JLA/JLE. Man those comics were like "Seinfeld". Most of the issues were about nothing and funny as all hell. Blue Beetle, Guy Gardner, Mister Miracle, Boster Gold (and others) were like sitcom charcters. I miss that sort of stuff. By the way, nice poser work.
