this is my take on nightwing from DC comics
as her story goes dick greyson finally retired from the hero biz when he got married as his daughter matured he trained her in all the techniques he had learned in his childhood from batman .
after she graduated high school she was packing for college and found a package from her father with an altered nightwing uniform

I Do not support the backstory on this. A parent would never force this on their child. Bruce took arms because his parents were murdered. Dick, the same. To send his daughtet the suit and forcing the lifestyle on her with no reason makes him no better than the villains he is forcing her to take on.

This is cool! I like it! I like the backstory too. It's funny... one of my pet peeves is 3D costumes that suck in at the belly button. I think you're the first person I've seen solve it by making hers an "outie" Still, she might need a better weapon than Grandpa Bruce's old walking stick.
