This is very cool. Great Job.

In regards to the mask the best Spiderman Mask I know of is the one by Sharby, he doesn't host them online anywhere that I know of but I know a few people that have contacted him Via e-mail and he has always been extremely helpful to them.

Very well done. I like your use of color in the image to give contrast between the background and Spidey.
