I was going to say almost the exact same thing about the Beams. They are pretty weak. I like the comic version that it doesn't come out in two beams, but one full beam that goes all the way across the visor.
Other than that, being that I don't like to do backgrounds on my manips, I can't really critique the background, or lack there of.
Oh yeah, and he looks old. I know the heroes should age, unlike Archie... but he looks OLD.

Mmmmmm, it's all right. I like Cyke's design (apart maybe from the emo hair), but find the background fairly uninteresting and the power effect pretty weak -- it really should be brighter and more, well, powerful.
