I agree with DW and Star about hair and lighting. Did you make your own Spidey suit texture? Spidey's one of the harder ones with all that webbing (something I know first hand!). The webbing on the feet is not quite as finished as the rest. Did you make your own Juggy suit too? It looks cool and I don't recognize it. It's a cool series and I'm enjoying really enjoying it however... I'm kind of quoting Scott McCloud here as I discuss what makes comics work when he talks about a magic that happens in comics as your brain fills in the gaps between images to sort of create a movie in your head. Notice how he makes the action flow from one panel to the next. There's a bit of a disconnect between your images in the series that feels more like a slide show. In the first and second, Spidey and Juggy are in almost the same position. One really need to read the text to know what happened. You should consider have Spidey getting clobbered in the second image and Hulk stepping into the 3rd pic, which would give a better feel for the series and bring it to life so we're making that mental movie connection more. Does that make sense? Anyway, enjoying this still and looking forward to seeing more!

Yup. Gotta agree with DW. Casting the shadows over each character would be more dramatic and lose the hair. I really don't understand why people continue to use that purple/green texture for Hulk's hair. I doubt that anyone has ever seen it actually portrayed in that manner and Hulk isn't the type to go to the hair salon either.
One last thing. Is it me or does Hulk's right arm look twisted?

A few minor things I would change. Hulks green and purple hair. with mention of the shadows, it would hold more logic to have the lighting coming in from the other side of the image to coincide with the dialog about the shadows. Having the shadows casting over Spider and then Juggernaut, I believe would have more impact for the over all image.
