 Re: The Itsy-Bitsy Spidey...
I try to make my renders as close to realistic photos
as possible and use "Depth of Field" to achieve
the blurred out parts of the background and foreground in my renders,
since I don't like to spend hours on the postwork
(plus, it's, like, raining, so the image wouldn't look right any sharper).
Venom and Carnage were the emphasis of the piece
and I just happened to find the perfect defeatist pose
for Spidey without throwing him in the gutter somewhere in the background.

This scene is really cool, all the rain coupled with the really great poses tell story of defeat...or near defeat...No emphasis was put on showing off Spiderman's outfit...we know who he is, even when his back is to us...that gives this a very realistic view. I love everything about this I just wish the image was sharper.
