D-Day's powers and persona were created long before his actual character design and i was getting no ideas . then i thought   . what if i make him look like a cross between Wolverine and Puck just for fun.

I love his real name, it's very Golden Age. It's cool how he's pretty short, too. Great design on the syphon suit too... I like the facial vein thingies. Assuming the green bits of his suit are supposed to glow, I'd add some white to them in the middle; they look pretty flat otherwise. Maybe add a faint green halo around them as well.
