...and this guy looks like someone out of the 1990s version of the Legion of Superheroes. (Not a criticism.) Pretty damn impressive powers, obviously... the power blasts and flight are almost overkill, considering his main power alone would make him one of the most powerful people in the universe. (Again, not a criticism.)
