IMHO, the only thing that I don't like about him is the big red "G" on his chest. Perhaps if it were another color like the blue or orange so that it was more subdued, but still able to be seen as being there it would be better for such a dark killer-type character. Otherwise, he's got a great unique look and skill set.

And this one looks a lot like Deathstroke (you might want to revise the colour scheme, honestly). I like the gasmask. I also like that he's a master with ranged weapons, but not so much at close quarters. Nice touch of specialization.
