I'm not a fan of the short shorts either. They're fine on women, but on dudes they're not only impractical but also kinda creepy. (And even on women, they're still pretty impractical -- just hot.)

I do like the concept of the character, though. The absorption element makes for a unique approach to the fairly standard Hydro-Man morphing powers.

Sounds like an interesting character and I like the upper part of his costume but I'm not so keen on the hot pants.
