Create a light source that will shine directly on the surface. Ray Trace is used to allow light to bend through a glass surface, as is refraction. Tinker with the reflection settings. If you use a dark grey for the car surface it will help create a better reflection almost mirror like

no matter what software changes"reytrace" and reflection adjustments a reflection just doesnt seem to show its annoying

This would have benefited from the car'ssurface being mirrored to give it that showroom look to have her reflection. A car like this will not have a mat finish.
