Personally, while I rather like the way filtering can wash out some of the imperfections of the render, it can be at a cost of a loss of other details too. It doesn't necessarily cover mistakes either. It can be a tricky thing at times but creating realistic poses by consideration of weight displacement and gravity can really add things... in real life, kicking back feet would propel hips ( and upper body) forward and yet her entire upper seems comfortably suspended by the slightest touch of her left thumb. Attempt your own poses or better still, find a young woman to pose for you
