Re: Super (Power) Girl? by Optical Intruder Like I said in the description, I chopped up some pictures of real capes. For the parts going over the shoulder, i used a combination of the wave filter, perspective filter, and the liquify filter to warp the cape pieces into the shapes I wanted.
