This manip was taken by the authors of The Incredible Internet Guide to Comic Books and Superheroes and used to head up their chapter on photomanipulations (without my consent).  Of course, I took the original pic from Playboy without their consent, so who am I to complain?  The book is now outdated, but you can still find it on the shelves of your public library.
