The costume is awesome, I wouldn't change a thing! I've really enjoyed this whole series and am now a big fan of your distinctive style. A 10 in my book.

Re: ROCINATE Presents ???????? Big Barda ???????? Issue 1 It's cool people are on board for this one. I got a bit freaked out when someone gave it a 6/10. But the rest have been positive. Overall I think this one is a bit off the beaten path for the character. The last few covers I have done have been a challenge. Once again Barda didn't have a Symbol like SuperGirl or Wonder Woman so I had to invent something. So I did a Kirby-esque patten which I think fits pretty well. I'm planning on making a wall paper at some point where I will assemble all these girls together. I think when I go that I'll modify this Barda and give her the Kirby hotpant-short-shorts. I had this done for this one orignally but it didn't seem like a costume so I turn the shots into pants. Also with the boots I think they sort of look like wrestling boots which is also fitting because Barda had a short stint as a wrestler in the Mr. Miracle series.  |
