Good picture & I thought I recoqnized the base but upon further review I was wrong!

So I was wondering why you made her costume alittle blurry as it was,
is it because we are suppose to be looking up though the water at her?

I never paid attention to DC comics, so i don't know what Mera looks like. I like the way you've done her. Very fluid-like. And a perfect background!
