Re: Wonder Woman by Al Rio colored by B4tm4n A piece well deserved to be a pick of the week!
It's great that you posted both of them together. What a difference! So much time and work went into this and honestly, even Captain America's shield even fits just fine in this image.
Fantastic job overall, man.

Re: Wonder Woman by Al Rio colored by B4tm4n I like your version FAR better than than the Rio version. Yours has more emotional depth and obvious care given to it.
Don't kick yourself over little things, The "Professionals" make inconsisistancies all the time. They just make them under deadline. This is truly wonderful work.

Re: Wonder Woman by Al Rio colored by B4tm4n Magnificent! Just beautiful. Well done. She's perfectly in character for Diana. Like Android said, she does not look like a prostitute in a Wonder Woman costume(those are what mine look like.) Again, just wonderful!

Re: Wonder Woman by Al Rio colored by B4tm4n I agree with Android, and I also would like to see some shadow seperation under her skirt, and also under her cloak at her shoulders. HOWEVER, having said that, I'm still giving this a 10, because I too know how much work went into this. Maybe if you want to do more work on it we could replace this one. BB

Re: Wonder Woman by Al Rio colored by B4tm4n Thank you for your comments. I tried 20(or more) different ways to work the metal and the shield. More shading, less... more contrast, less...lighten, darken, bend and distort the reflections. This is by far the best. And I agree the shield still isn't quite right. Maybe I should have omitted it, but I was determined to stay as close to the original as I could...even after I changed the background. Well...next time, more practice, new techniques, constructive critism. So much to learn so little time. What to do next?

Re: Wonder Woman by Al Rio colored by B4tm4n You made this photomanip with patience. You made her as a warrior and ambassador instead a prostitute. You also made a big research to find textures, a nice background (which I?m curious where you found it) and did a fine Frankenstein. IF I WERE YOU, I would bend the metal parts. She?s not in a frontal position so the WW?s logo and belt are not either (no matter if the original pic seems to show them that way). That Cap?s shield didn?t work. I honestly think you could add some stars here and there.
Am I being excessively critic? Yes, I am, but it?s because you made a marvelous work here. I congratulate you!
