This is funny in many ways.
Aside from the obvious Marvel/Disney reference...
I love the idea that Namor's underwater city uses power lines.
Assuming he's swimming in the street there, , one would think he could become fried fish.
Plus the automobiles...this is an actual underwater city, as if a once above water town sank fully intact.
And if he's not swimming, which actually makes more sense with Donald there beside him,
it looks a lot like Namor there is doing a cartwheel across the road. (such silliness for the somber submariner)
Then, of course there are the semi-obvious "Why did Namor/Donald cross the road?" jokes...


Funny stuff.
Well put together, too, from the simple suit texture to the great blend of ocean into sky for the underwater effect.
