It does look like latex. :) that is a tough texture to do because it is so simple. Love the hair, I always find white hair a tough one to do.
I would practice more at looking at latex suits just to get better but this is a great start.

Not familiar with this character (prolly 'nother one that never was published here... ), but I like what you did with her. Really Cool.

Boy, in terms of critique, that B really covers it pretty well, don't he? I agree with most of his points but still wanted to say good job for myself. Well done.

Woot! Phyla! She is/was an awesome character (is she still dead? I lose track...) Cool to see a manip of her here.

Nice work on her too. Nitpicky critique warning...

I think you got the latexy look down pretty well. Nice bright colours. I like the eye as well. Also, really, really good work on the wrinkles in the cape, though the back part looks perhaps a bit flat. Ditto her hair; needs more contrast. I'm not a huge fan of the zigzaggy highlights; they don't quite blend in with the rest of the image enough to give the impression of wrinkles imo. The bracer also sticks out, due to being far more photorealistic than the rest of the costume (presumably you sourced it form somewhere).

Still a very nice piece overall.
