Heatwave II: An extended superhero lineage. He is the grandson of WWII era heroes Heatwave (I) and Fleur de Lis and the child of Silver Age heroine Lady Sun. Powers: Generate heat and emit heat blasts of at least 1500 F, flight. Model: Mike Vrabel
Chica Potencia: Born in the rough and tumble post industrial area of Sunset Park Glenys Rivera was a child heading down all the wrong roads at break neck speed. The murder of her brother and her near death and subsequent enpowerment, at the hands of a rival gang changed her life around. Powers: Strength (lift ~500lbs), Enhanced Agility and speed. The (8th Avenue) Tiger: Born in "Brooklyn Chinatown", Jason Chen was sent to private schools and was trained to be a Buddhist Monk. He was by no means born with a silver spoon in his mouth. His parents owned a small takeout in which the family worked 12-16 hr days. During his temple training he was bestowed with powers by a Taoist sorcerer. Powers: Super Strength (lift ~2000lbs), mixed martial arts primarily Karate. Model: Stan McQuay
Notes: Tried to do serious work with textures on this one. I also attempted to work in much sharper edges as well as exporing the arcane and recundite art of wrinkle and creases. The background pic is Brooklyn Borough Hall.
Good to know you learned it's important to sharp edges, Mr. HM. In my opinion, there was no need to flip the fourth character. Now, his lighting is incoherent.
