Thanks for the comments guys. No, Red Storm isn't a real character. I posted her in Unusual States cause I figured she could be considered an ethnic bender. :) The character concept and color scheme were developed by one of the members of an online roleplay channel I belong to. The "Red" comes from Russian, not the clothing colors.
