Well Because I too never heard about this character too.
It's appears to be something like evangelion and gundam desing,ou ultraman,and I loved it!
And I liked to thik that it is original character made by you,because I love original characters.
The model is so pretty too,the next work she would be less dressed(like she was going to a nudisty beach!!heheheehe)
