Yeah. Isn't that confusing?
Basically, as I understand it, they want to make it harder for Adult material to exist, because every producer and secondary producer (Whatever that is, I guess people who change/modify images) to have the model's consent, their age verification, and a bunch of other files perfectly kept, or else off to jail they go. 2257 is the "Model is 18 years or older" law. The new one is just....kinda frustrating.
