Re: Brooke Burke as Homicron Well, I didn't say it was my first time with _Photoshop_, I said it was my first _Manip_ Talk about kissing away free time-I was up until 2:00 AM last night digging through my whole library for base pics. (Gonna gather all the images worth using, then dig into my comics section for ideas. Yeah, I started that, to.) I've got at least three winners. Good thing it's snowing outside. BB

Re: Brooke Burke as Homicron [Elvis voice] Thankyuh. thankyuh virry much. [/Elvis voice] Quinn, DragonD, Barnabus, thanks for the kudos. Hawk, coming from you, that's especially nice. BD, check out this thread: http://heromorph.com/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?topic_id=237&forum=1Now you know what I know, basically. I based this Manip on the two covers, which I found at ComicsContinuum.com (a site you should all check religiously *G!*). I also want to thank Black Alchemy for his Start to Finish tut, and Optical's Metals tut, both found in the download section. And, I must say, that Maniping is like cooking: it all starts with the ingredients. and this is one main course meal... Cereal, can't I rest on my laurals for at least a week? Seriously, I know that backgrounds are the next quantum leap in Manipping. And I don't have a big library of backgrounds... BB

Re: Brooke Burke as Homicron Very impressive. For someone doing this for the first time you did an outstanding job. I am glad I could be of some assistants in helping you find the name for the charcter (although Brick was the one to actually find the "right" name)
Since your work is so well excuted I challange you next time to take it a step further and consider not only the subject that you are manipping but the surroundings as well.
Again great work

Re: Brooke Burke as Homicron Nice, but change the purple to navy blue and I would have thought she was ShadowCat.
