This is the new Batwoman Kate Kane soon to debut in the comics. I changed her mask a bit but everything else is the same as Alex Ross's sketches.

Well, I think that was Alex Ross's idea here. It is a definite reuse of Barbara Gordon's costume with the yellow changed to red and the Batman Beyond chest emblem. Since Batman Beyond is out of continuity in the DCU this will actually be it's first use. I think it works well.
