That is exactly what I was going to say! No, that is exactly what you wanted to do! Nice model choice. Why is the background so artifact-y?

Re: SuperWoman I like the mature S-gal. The costume bottom is very interesting, sort of a female version of Superman's bottom half. And I assume she never has a problemn with her top rising up? Good separation too. I would like to weigh in on the "invulnerable belly button" issue. Depending on which version of the Superman / Supergirl mythos you subscribe to, it has been shown that Kryptonian flesh can indeed be pierced. The current Superman movie shows that it is possible to stab Supes with a jagged bit of kryptonite. In an episode of Smallville, Clark has been shot through the hand with a kryptonite bullet. In some stories it has been shown that they can cut their hair (or shave) with heat vision. This maybe implies that skin could be pierced with it. Since they are vulnerable to magic, I assume some sorcerer or sorceress might have a magic piercing needle.... And of course there is the concept that they could go to a planet where they have no powers, and hence be vulnerable again. So I think, if Kara wanted a belly button ring bad enough, she could figure out a way to get the hole.

Re: SuperWoman Nice job on the seams and wrinkles. The model and pose are the perfect combo of drop-dead sexy and girl-next-door cute, which is how I've always seen SG.

Re: SuperWoman The Model is Jillian Faye Fletcher, aka Jillian Hall of WWE, her former aliases were Macaela Mercedes, Jillian Hall, "Chronically Cute", and "The Bombshell"
She's been all over wrestling for a while.
Hope that helps
I'm not on much, and can't really contribute artistically, but occasionally I know something or have a good idea... that's why I stick around and visit... that and I love the art here :) maybe someday I'll be able to do something like this.

Re: SuperWoman Not bad, TrekDaddy. I like the exposed midrif but who's the model? She looks familiar...

Re: SuperWoman On second look, the naval piercing doesn't work. Kara's naval (while very sexy) is invulnerable, indestructable... pick your word.
We have to remember, she's not really human, and being the Girl (Woman) of Steel does bring along a few limitations.
Like being inviolate too? A simple extrapolation of human physiology multiplied by a thousand times greater strength would say she would be. That's a subject that's out of bounds with teenage Kara, but wouldn't be at this age. But it would also be more in line with fan fiction or Member's Gallery exploration.

Re: SuperWoman Presumably a Kryptonian would age much more slowly than human. She looks twentysomething, but this could actually be Kara in her 30s... maybe even 40's.
The leotard instead of a skirt adds some maturity to her costume, although the midriff is pure teenager. But Kara would have the steely abs to pull it of, so why not flaunt it a bit.
I think the concept of an older Kara is great and I think this is a plausible image of what she'd look like. Nice concept and a good enhancement too. You have my kudos.
