Race: Thalian
Powers: Light speed flight. Harpee can manipulate and refract Tachyon waves to her desire. By doing this she can create massive lasar blasts with her wings and travel at light speeds. Harpee also wears Adamantium claws and carries two Adamantium blades that attach to her boots.
Origin: Tress planet was already decimated by the Skrull Empire and all but her were terminated. It's plant and animal life were abundant enough to attract Galactus. He asked her to become his herald and she agreed, but only if he would destroy the Skrull world. He agreed and she was transformed into HARPEE.
