Looks real good! The "mouth" reminds me of an old Marvel villain, Ultron.

Head looks a bit elongated...not roundish, like one would normally expect. The shoulders look well placed; as do the gauntlets. The coloring is 'light', but, as this looks like a preliminary sketch, I can see why. The pose is good, sorta like "I'm Iron Patriot...You sent for me?"

Once this get a bit more color to it...I'm expecting a smacking good picture here.

I give it an '8'.
