Re: Phoenix Fire Okay dude, I'm not as easily impressed as the other but I'm not here to shoot this pic down either. I have one observation, the areas you painted LOOK painted. Other than that Everybody is right Love the hair, the explosion, & the model. Especially the hair nice blend dude. The overall aesthetics are good and it's definitely the Phoenix. You captured the personality perfectly. Well done.

Re: Phoenix Fire Y'know, I was waiting till I got a scanner before I went on a drawing binge. But........ 1. It's been a helluva long while since I put anything up on HM. And 2. Looking at your art seems to be bringing back the drawing urge quite strongly.

Re: Phoenix Fire Redd, only you could paint the hair so perfectly in tune (and tone) with the backdrop AND character.
Excellent choice of everything, including which areas you decided to paint vs. manip vs. frank.
Blended perfectly, not only for aesthetic qualities, but for character reference as well. (Angelica makes a GREAT Pheonix, and the look on this models face is perfect!)

Re: Phoenix Fire Gawwwdamn, Redd! This is so fuggin' hot! Just a brilliant pic, terribly well executed and an image that perfectly captures the character in a unique way I haven't quite seen before among the many, many great pics of the character I've seen. Beyond outstanding, I'm REALLY blown away by this one!! Pijo-domus predicts another surefire front page
