The clone of Thor was recreated after the beat-down given to him by Hercules.  Thor's after him, he's escaped from S.H.I.E.L.D. custody and suffers from a warrior mentality that stems from his programing.  He is no longer under Richards' control and he's found the mace Thunderstrike.

Ya, the clone was created by Reed Richards and Tony Stark during the Marvel Civil War to help Iron Man's side win the war. This happened before the real Thor returned to the Marvel Universe.

I like this drawing (although I don't like the clone) and I think you did a good job.
