No cell shading here. I did all the shading and highlights with the lasso tool and hue/saturation. Then I used the smudge tool and grausian blur.

WHOA!!! :lick: Awesome costume design, PMJ, even if it does look like 'Ro stole it from Emma! I think I like it even more than her 'cheerleader outfit' from Extreme X-Men.

Ok this one I like alot. I think it is use of simple cell shading but I So far I think I like this one the most of your work. great work .
