I was 16 when I learned that the show I only had vague memories of watching as a two year was real, and 21 when I learned it was called "Battle of the Planets". Voltron, however, I have much more vivid memories of, and I figured I'd just toss the two teams together. No story, no point, just me seeing if I could draw something from my childhood.

And because my brother already brought it up and I know someone else will, no, Keyop and Pidge are not aiming for each other's nuts. It just looks that way, ye olde deviants.

I wasn't quite 2. The memories are hazy as hell, but not so much as yours, I think. And I didn't think about the nut shot till you said something.

And for me....... They weren't called Battle of the Planets. Nor were they called Saban's Eagle Riders....... They were freakin called "G Force" dammit!!!

The fact you put each against their counter part... well, lots of cartoons did follow a generic formula after that.
