All of us hardcore Joe fans knew that Cobra Commander had a son named Billy.  And we also know that Destro has a son named Alexander.  And I'm vain and made myself into a character who's Zartan's son.  So, I thought it would be cool if they all came together to form their own version of Cobra and snatch the reigns of command from Serpentor.  They are, from left to right: Destro, Cobra Commander and Zardan.
