Doctor Mindbender is at it again with his cloning.  This time, at the request of Cobra Commander, he fashioned the ultimate warrior clone: Zardan.  From the DNA of Storm Shadow, Zartan and Cobra Commander himself, Zardan is the leader who will through down Serpentor, the ninja who will take down Snake Eyes and the master of disguise who will infultrate the G.I. Joe team and bring it to it's knees.
