Re: DC's Girls of Summer: MARY MARVEL If you're having so much trouble identifying them, why not try adding jewlery to them. Give batgirl some bat earings, or supergirl a necklace with the superman symbol on it. Innocuous, but it works for me.

Re: DC's Girls of Summer: MARY MARVEL One definte way to identify heronines out of costume like they said is to give clues. Here there could have been a lighting bolt on her chest or bottoms. For Supergirl you could give her S Bikini, Black Canary could keep her fishnets, Zattana would have her hat. For masked heroines you can either leave them in their maks or have it beside them. One other solution is to try and modify the costume in those that have distinctive ones. Like with WW use the metal chestpiece as the top and a star studded bottom

In the area of doing cheesecake or erotic art with the superheroines, the more you take off of them, the more creative you have to get. That's why you see tattoos, or parts of the costume still on (or ripped, or whatever). I think this is why She Hulk is so popular, you find a well-built babe and turn her green.  Maybe a lightning bolt on her tank top would be good. |

When you have no recognizable icons, you have to rely on the characters personality, in this case innocence...
Which she does not give a feeling of. Perhaps a logo on her panties? think Garrett Blair...

Both Fire and Ice have distinctive hair color, and it makes them recognizable. Mary, however, has brown hair and, outta "uniform", isn't quite as distinctive. It's only gonna get worse when I get to the masked heroines.
