thanks for all the comments.. I was struggling with posing and scaling the tale in this one, but I think I have the scaling sussed now.

The actual look was a stylistic choice .. when Kurt originally appeared he was never what you would call cutesy.. but i guess i should move with the times.. ;)

I do like the hair, but the face and tail(?) bother me.

His tail should not be so thin if he can support himself with it and actually has vertebrae in there and should not be crossed in front of him like that. Look at domestic cats or monkeys, they will give you as accurate an idea as you'll get about how Nightcrawler would actually hold hi tail.
His face looks like the kind you give an old bad guy or maybe a vampire. Not an all around good guy turned religeous nut. He looks 45 and about 5 years from wacking 10 year old boys with his stick. Wait....did I mean it like that?
oh, and everything but the face looks black instead of blue.
The BG looks good tho.

Not bad. I would have liked to see more post work to make the costume look more like the actual version. The hair is killer!
