Her boots have her pointing her toes in them... if that makes sense. You can't point your toes in High heels like that. (yes I know because I have a pair on right now.) I guess you could with super human strength.

Other than that, this is a freaking gorgeous image. Very well done!!!

Looks good. Might try backing off on the bump a little bit and looking for one like a satin or lycra for the suit, unless you want the leather look. Always try for a really high resolution picture for the bump with as many pixels as possible. That will keep the texture small on the figure and in scale with it.
