I was in my 2nd year of high school when I came up with these characters.  They were a mock of Batman.  A year later, Darkwing Duck came out.  But I always played with these characters in design and in my head.  From left to right they are: Bad Girl, Bad Guy, Danny-Man and Target Practice.
