Well, cheating, in as much as I had to look it up...

Incredible Hulk Annual #6, 1977, as Paragon, the second version of Him (ie, Adam Warlock).

You are correct sir!

Kismet appeared in Cosmic Power Unlimted. She once sought out Wendell Vaughn as a mate in Quasar (IIRC) and I have her taking on aspects of his costume once she finds out he died, but she doesn't yet know of his reappearance in Nova.

Bonus points to anyone who can point out her very first EVER appearance (Hint: it wasnt necessarily as Her)
