I saw this freebie and the bodice looked like the front on a male suit vest. From there I decided that I should make a female leprechaun. I'm not certain how I got there, but there it is.
PJZ99's Dark Sorceress Dress for V4 is a great outfit with a number of posing handles for the collar and dress flaps. You can get it here.
