The curtains were originally meant to be Big Top style tenting... but I just loved the ornate embroidery and hue contrasting on the sleek lines of Selina's costume too much to swap them out once I was done.

If you need to blame someone for this picture, blame Britney Spears and that damn 'Circus' song. It got stuck in my head, and this is the final result, for good or ill.

Well, the texture of the costume looks too hard-plastic for me, as well as being very thin looking and form fitting, even for fabric, but I do like the level of realism and Photoshop talent you put into this pic. It's like a hybrid between a /cartoon hybrid and a retouched photo. It looks really cool to me.
Good work!
And I agree, you did well on the curtains. I think a circus tent wouldn't set her off well, especially considering Selina's sophistication.
