"Another night fall in Gotham has brought out a glittering assemblage to support another worthy charity event. As the upper crust of this teeming metropolis gather to the stage to witness the highlight of the night's entertainment, the famed magician Zatanna strides on stage.

Unaware that the sorceress of the Justice League has been gassed and replaced by the thoroughly evil Harley Quinn, the audience cooperates when asked to participate. The youthful cousin of Superman, Supergirl, giggles when asked to be the faux sacrificial lamb.

But Wait!!

As the drum roll commences, the ersatz Zatanna wips out a luminescent Kryptonite saw. The piercing wail of Supergirl shakes the hall.

Will the Dynamic Duo enter stage right and halt this magical mayhem? And why is dowdy librarian Barbara Gordon dashing back stage?
