Ok, so I had a crazy idea to try to recreate a Comic/Fantasy image with a touch of Ye Ole Renaissance Era paintings style.
(At least, this is as close as I come to fantasy art.)
Also, this is my first real attempt to create unique lighting in Daz Studio, no presets used in this one.
You can clearly see Inspiration drawn from such masterpieces as
Botticelli's "The Birth of Venus" and da Vinci's "Mona Lisa"

I wanted to do a more time consuming piece before the Holidays, as family life and stuff will require me to take a brief 3-4 month sabbatical
to assist with some familial difficulties.  (Kinda sucks, since I was hoping to be available for the Secret Santa this year...but family comes first)

So if'n I don't get to post again before the new year, don't fret.  All you fans of tremendous eye strain can look forward to more over-prosed posts
in the coming year.

To all those Heromorphers who've kept me coming back again and again for a quick laugh, some great art, and the frequent JR jokes...
Have a great holiday season (Turkey-Day, Hanukkah, X-Mas, New Years, Valentine's day, President's Day, etc.)

Credits--
Oh, my....lots of stuff here.
All them Mermaidies are the same texture - Aurora the Ice princess from renderosity.
And obviously all have the lost realms mer-ensembles from Daz.

But the Short Haired Fish lady is definitely the HOT Arina head and body Morph from HeroMorph Download Central!

Fish from Daz.
(Including the new signature logo -Daz's "DragonFish"-and he's drinking...so he's a Drunken Dragon, who's a fish for the underwater scene.  Get it?  Gee Whiz.  Am I the only one who thinks I'm funny?)

Plant life from Lisa's Botanicals.
TrekkieGrrrl's Pirate props and Fyrene's coins from Renderosity.
Aquaman's Belt from Muskateer Graphics.

Aquadude's outfit is my own texture and transparency fabrication for the M4 bodysuit top, and Legendary Heroes pants.
Hair, beard, and suit painted over with Photoshop.
Undersea Background done in photoshop.

(and yes, for the added classic movie reference flair, that's the Holy Handgrenade of Antioch by MirrorVisage from renderosity.)

--to Paraphrase MissVee--
no Fishies or Fishy people were harmed in the making of this piece.

WOW! You're nuts, dude! Very funny and TONS of cool details!! Personally I see more Botticelli influence than Da Vinci (but I guess you mean Arthur's smirk there ) but once again, you've gone all oars to the shore here! Excellent! BTW, A dragonfish?!

A great looking image. I like the fish in the bottom getting a drink from the bottle.
