Cattle, thank you very much! That's right, I wanted to give it an old comic look.

JrMcDeath, as Cattle said, it's the dots you had on old comics because of the printing process. Thank you!

I love this. I really like the dot pattern over image because it replicates the benday dot process that used to color comic books for most of their existence.

It looks good! What is the texture that is all over the image? That is the only thing that bothers me about this image.
