Not related to the Injustice League covers I've been doing.

I originally had this image FILLED with all the DC heroes I'm capable of doing, but in the end it was just too much.  I was going for emotion here, not scope.  Let me know how I did, please.

Dude this is tight everything looks perfect nice work. There is a special bond between WW SM & BM that makes them closer than all the others so this scene is easy to understand I could definitely see this happening...After the big funeral.

And what a help!! Very much appreciated, my friend! If I find something related to fixing the cape or just a new one to replace it, you'll certainly be the first to know! Thanks again!!

Batman's suit is the Flexxsuit for M4 by Xurge3D. I added a displacement map myself to get the bat to sink into the chest. I also use the same suit for my Sith character that I named, affectionately, Darth Xurge, just minus the bat. The cowl can be found over at www.sharecg.com and the cape is the ODS Dynamic Cape, retextured to match the cowl, which can be found over at www.animotions.com, both of which are free. I'd consider doing the hand on hand thing because you're right, it's an incredible idea that I hadn't thought of, but the way the cape drapes over Batman in the cloth room in Poser would probably make it drape over her as well and cover up both hands. Haven't quite figured out how to get it to drape over the shoulders yet. It always hangs in front.

Wonder Woman's costume is a texture set for the V4 Bodysuit and the breastplate, bracers, belt, and boots are all conforming pieces that can also be found at www.sharecg.com for free.

I honestly can't remember where I got the textures for Robin and Nightwing in my Batfamily images, but if you search hard enough, you'll probably find them. It's just been way too long since I picked them up for me to remember where I got them. Robin's cape is also the ODS Dynamic Cape, retextured to match his neck and blended together in Photoshop. If you're unfamiliar with the cloth room in Poser, don't be daunted. The cape comes with a step by step PDF instruction file, so you can't go wrong, and you can also apply what it teaches you to other dynamic clothing.

If you're wanting to learn how to make some amazing 3D art, you came to the right place. If it wasn't for the incredibly helpful and talented artists that I've made friends with here I probably still wouldn't know what I'm doing.

Hope all this helps.

I see what you mean and I think it is a very cool idea, indeed! And you choose well the characters. Maybe if you approach both characters a little bit and lay Batman's hand over the Wonderwoman shoulder could bring a more dramatic impact. But it is just a suggestion, of course and I'm still impressed with what you have done here! One question... where did you find the Batman's cape and outfit? If you don't mind of sharing, of course. Have a nice day!

I am very familiar with that technique. I use it quite often. In fact, I used it here http://heromorph.com/heromorph2/modules/myalbum4/photo.php?lid=16345 and here http://heromorph.com/heromorph2/modules/myalbum4/photo.php?lid=16372

I just felt that too many characters in this scene was a bit too cluttered and distracted from the mood I was going for. So I eliminated all but Batman and Wonder Woman and just stuck the Batmobile in the background to fill space.

Excellent work! I have found that if your characters take up too much memory that it is make up a couple of images working from left to right with the same camera angle and light setting. When finished you can use a program like photoshop or even Microsoft Paint to put them all together. If done right you may be able to fit 7 or 8 characters in an image of this size.
