The Blue Marvel is an African-American superhero who was asked to retire by President Kennedy for the Civil Rights movement. He has to come from retirement to stop his arch ? enemy Anti  - man. The Blue Marvel's source of power is the energy released from anti-matter.  The Blue Marvel processes the strength to go toe to toe with such super humans as Wonder man and the Sentry. He can also fire concussive blasts of energy from his hands.

This is one of those weird cases where you've definitely REALLY gotten something right and I can't quite explain why. There's something about the expression on this character that really captures that intangible feeling of the determination and concern of the returning un-retired hero that really hits the mark here for me. Excellent.
