I believe that there is no blood on the floor because the blood on her looks more like dried blood, but that's just my opinion...

This a REALLY good pic. Great lighting, depth, composition, effects, and textures. if I could point out anything it would be that the floor looks a bit too clean for all the blood on the girl. You would think some would've dripped off. Not allot of people would notice this so don't worry about it too much. If it helps Rendereosity.com has a "Puddle" freebie that is very versatile.
Ouside of that one detail..Dude I am blown away. Might I ask if this is supposed to be one of RDNA's specimen series?
