Hi, and good on you for starting this hobby.
For a start this is good, but it's not finished. My advice for you is as follows:
Model - I look at her face and just feel sad, this is a woman living a horrible life. If you're going to use porn-stars fix up all the blemishes and hide that awful-looking collar.
The outfit - you have everything in place but have no shadows or highlights. My images look like this about half way through. You need to find some photos of gloves, fabric etc and notice the light and shadow in them, then paint these into your images.
If you go to the downloads section of this site I wrote a tutorial a few years ago (and used Powergirl as an example). It might help you move this along. There are also tutorials for other stuff, such as making a metallic effect.
